To day I went with Billy Stewart down to Fathers & Mothers and Mrs. Peacock came to see Florence who is still sick & remained all night. weather changable & very warm with a hard [freeze?] at night.

Monday, November 12th, 1860

To day Billy Stewart came out & staid all night with me. at night Florence was taken with a fever. The little woman set up with the little one. weather changable & warm.

To day Bill Hicks killed 2 geese & 2 ducks. Frank Stewart came up. weather clear & warm.

To day I went to Crockett and had the old place offered for sale. I also went to Wortham's Mill. weather clear & warm for the season.

To day Tanner came up & I settled with him in full & then let him have 1 bushel of meal. weather clear & cool.

To day Mother came up. I walked down to Fathers ducking & killed 5 ducks. weather cloudy & showery & rather cold.
