To day Mr. Tanner & Albert got home with the corn say 20 or 25 bus. 1 plow 1 Bull tongue, etc. In the evening the fence caught fire and consumed 10 or 12 panels which took all hands to put it out whence nothing else was done. Sam* Sharp came out in the night from town. Weather rather cool & cloudy but at night we had some frost.
